Folks,
The Colebrookdale Railroad Trust in P :)ennsylvania is quite the project. They have built two Victorian style stations. They have backdated Canadian National passenger card, adding clerestory windows etc. They are working on one or two standard gauge steam locomotives. One of the is the C & LE #18, formally at the Grand Canyon Railway. Somebody has put a lot of money into the project!

Actually Ted, taxpayers are putting a lot of money into this.  Many of us are scratching our heads on how they managed to jump the line with other shortlines for so much money.
