A 114 year-old amusement park in Clementon, NJ is being sold at auction.
From the article "NJ.com reported that the park has almost 400 items on its inventory, including a 40-person arc swing, a 360-degree loop ride, a ferris wheel and a train system complete with cooled propane engine, rail system and three 18-foot long cars."
I don't know the gauge, but if you've always wanted a park train, here's your opportunity. They don't come up for sale very often.

A good link is here: https://crgllc.com/auctions/clementon-park-splash-world/ (https://crgllc.com/auctions/clementon-park-splash-world/). From reading an article about it, it looks like the seller is hoping any buyer will re-open the park and operate it.
C. P. Huntington 24” track gauge “around the park” train system with LP powered water cooled engine, (3) 18’ coaches, railroad crossing with lights and gate

I would want a Cagney over a C. P. Huntington

I’m sure Jason would like a carousel at Alna Center. Me, I’d love to have a Scrambler in my yard.

Could we put the arc swing in the parking lot? 8)

You would need proper signalling for grade crossings.

Well, that would be ONE way to generate more traffic to TOM or Alna Ctr,....
..but MOVING it there would be a B**CH! :o :-\ :-[ :-*
