Declaring “Maine is open,” Gov. Janet Mills announced Friday that she is easing capacity restrictions on businesses and loosening quarantine requirements for out-of-state visitors in an effort to provide an early boost to the crucial summertime tourism industry.

All things going smoothly, and with Pfizer vaccine certificate on my phone, my plan is to be there for the three adjacent work Saturdays in May. I need a WW&F friend and co-railroader fix.... It has been to long to be without the smell of coal smoke and steam, and of course a limitless supply of grease, oil, coal dust, rust, and of course general dirt.
