I heard today that Alan Downey made an appearance in a political TV ad.  The video can be found at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9H7nHnQ_Dbk.  You can see him at 8 seconds in.

I have seen the commercial well over a dozen times and did not notice him.

Me too, and never saw him.  I've seen these commercials so many times I could probably repeat it verbatim.  The eyes tend to glaze over at them...
