Hi All:

Working on a model of the railcar and was wondering what the wheel diameter is.

Thank you for your assistance!

Bruce,

They are 18" in diameter.  The originals on the SR&RL were 20".

That's including the tire, I presume?

That includes the tire.  I made the foundry pattern for the spoked center.  It was designed for the railcar and #11's lead truck wheels.  The centers for the railcar were machined a smaller diameter with thinner tires than the lead truck wheels which are 20" in diameter with the tires.  Jason could fill you in with the specific measurements.  Photos can be seen on the #11 posts.
