The former English teacher in me is compelled to point out, Red, that you sentence needs some help. As written, your sentence is a run-on sentence. It should look like this: It's okay; just say "Shut up, Red." Now go write the correct sentence 100 times.

How about this?   I would reply. However, I'm continuing to write my redundant corrected lessons. I forgot what I was taught in my Strunk and White's Elements of Stlye
