I believe it's a Portland Terminal paint scheme (homage to Maine Central).

It is a very nice paint job. It does not look anything Maine Central like to me. Someone told me once what inspired the scheme. It was nothing around here.

Maybe Portland Oregon. The ones over here either looked like B&M\MEC diesels in black & red (which she had for a while) or black with a yellow nose.

MNGRR No. 1 is maroon with an off white (maybe cream?) stripe.

The locomotive is still in the engine house with one truck disassembled.

There was a bearing failure. New bearings are in the works.
