WW&F (via SeaLyon Farm) on Maine Public Radio

Marcia Lyons was interviewed today on Maine Calling to discuss our joint event "Lavender Pickin' Dinnertime Trains to SeaLyon Farm." Check it out at:
https://www.mainepublic.org/show/maine-calling/2021-07-23/agritourism-in-maine-how-farms-attract-visitors-contribute-to-the-states-tourist-economy
While she doesn't appear until 30:18 into the show, the whole show supports and validates how Agritourism has become a major part of what we are doing at the WW&F.

I think Ed meant to say the SeaLyon segment starts at 3
8
:18.
Marcia Lyons speaking regarding the WW&F role:
"We only do the trains on Saturday, but have so much traffic that we need the rest of the week to recover!", said with a bit of a laugh.

And so it comes full circle; agriculture, albeit in a slightly
different
form from the “old days” has become a mainstay of the WW&F.
