I think you need to expand on the idea, Mike.
Make it a picture of Fred in one of his chairs sitting in the Window. Put a speaker nearby with a button you feed a quarter into and press to get a "Fred-ism". Things like comments on how to spike, how you need more tools than you think you do, how long the ties have been up at top of the mountain (3 years), etc.
