Yes, very pleased. Most culverts were flowing water yesterday, or you could tell they had water through them recently (grass laid flat in the ditch). After SWW 2019, I or anyone can walk through and just touch up the ditches with a shovel since they will still be soft, and most of the foot traffic will be over.
