Victorian Christmas

I am tying to get to Victorian Christmas this year. I've always wanted to go. But I just have one question. Is the town decorated as well?

By the "town" I'm assuming you mean Alna.  Alna's not well decorated during Christmas, mainly because there's no real town center with lots of people.  The town of Wiscasset has white lights in many tree branches during the Christmas season.  Individual homes of course vary with the decorations.
