There will be a special Lantern Sale this weekend, offered to SWW attendees. Prices range from $10 - $400 for lanterns from standard gauge and narrow gauge lines. Pictures of some of the lanterns are on Facebook.

AMTRAK - 1989 Electric Star lantern
CONRAIL - Star Electric lantern
B&M - Boston & Maine tall globe
C&S - Colorado & Southern tall globe Adlake lantern with a clear etched C. & S. Ry globe.
D&RG RR - Denver & Rio Grande tall (green) globe. Made prior to the merge that created the D&RGW.
GTRy - Grand Trunk Railway, Portland Maine. Tall globe bell bottom Adlake with a clear cast GTR globe.
LIRR - Long Island Rail Road short globe Armspear lantern.
MCRR - There are a number of Maine Central lanterns including tall globe and Dietz Vesta models. One is a rare version Vesta with the Waterville bail handle.
MRR - Monon Route tall globe Rayo lantern with a blue cast MONON ROUTE globe.
NYCS - New York Central System short globe locomotive lantern.
NYNH&H - New Haven tall globe Adlake with a red cast NYNH&HRR globe.
PRR - Pennsylvania Railroad short globe lantern with a red freshnel globe.
SRR - Southern Railway short globe Adlake.
WRR - Wabash Railroad tall globe bell bottom (frame not marked) clear cast WABASH "Follow the Flag" globe.
WW&F Railway - Two WW&F short globe Adlake lanterns from the 1998 series approved by Harry Percival. The top is marked "WW&F" on one side and "RAILWAY" is spelled out on the other. There were 50 made at the time, one lantern is weathered while the other is brand new shiny out of the box it has been in for 20 years. Both have the original tin coating that was discontinued after this series was made. Adlake no longer dips lanterns in tin coating.
WW&F RY CO - Two WW&F 25th Anniversary short globe lanterns, one clear globe and one red globe. 25 were made and there are 4 left. These two have been marked down just for the weekend. The stamping is "WW&F RY CO" which is how Carson Peck had the original lanterns marked when he bought the railroad in 1907.
