Mike,
You and the gang have built one substantial pavilion there. I can't wait to see the roof sheets go in place . Maybe they will be ready soon!

Bill left out the important intermediate step between Zack and myself, as he brought the lumber from the saw and handed it up to me.

Thanks Ted. We have a great bunch of very dedicated volunteers. It is always great working with everyone.

Hoping the weather holds long enough for us to get the roof on..

Mike, I think our need for lumber is far from over.  Keep the prayers going for the price to continue to fall.

Are we ever done with building (assuming next Trout Brook station and roundhouse)?  And Home Depot has decent lumber (well, maybe, at the bottom of the pile)?
What–me worry?

Hmmmm, doesn't the WW&F own a sawmill?   And some timber land?  Shouldn't we be rooting for higher lumber prices?!?     :P

Think trainloads of cut lumber heading south from TOM to eager buyers!  ;D

Tentative schedule will be as follows..

11/14 Install blocks between the ends of the trusses, fascia board, metal drip edge and the rest of the bracing.

11/27 and 11/28. If the weather is good for both days and can get enough help, I'd like to get the roof installed. It may not take both days, but I think it will.

December. Siding.. And a good clean up of the remaining wood. Lots of it would make good fire starter..

I will upload photos later today, but we got the trim up and the drip edge that goes above it, minus 5 feet we were short due to the building modification.

I did not get the extra bracing done I wanted, and may work on that next Saturday instead of skipping the day like I had planned, just to stay on the roof schedule.
