Brian’s open car, open 103, box 56, and the flats will remain outside. Brian’s caboose may go outside should the need arise. 10 may move back to bay 1 as there’s been some interest in cleaning the running gear and addressing a few concerns there.
We plan to insulate the shop and provide a heating source, at which time we’ll resume on 10’s boiler. We also want to establish the coach project and make steady progress on the consecutive “freight” car projects (flanger included). Plainly there is crew overlap, but we are working on arranging a manager for each project, each of whom can rally troops to their cause as needed. Also- the timeline on these projects isn’t set- with the worthy notation that we do want to get moving on long running projects such as 10’s boiler, 67, the new coach and loco 11.
