A couple of beams need replaced, some floor boards, as well as some of the wood for the flanger mechanism itself (which is very interesting). The upper body itself was repaired recently and is in great shape.
We had talked about lifting the upper body off the car (just a modified flat car) and repair what is required. Not sure if that will still be Marcels plan when he gets ready to start on it.

Flanger on the the bay 4 lead this morning.



Flanger lifting mechanism. The hand wheel and big gear in the back left operates the spreader wing.
