I just received my copy of the latest newsletter. Within it, I found a great article written by Jason concerning the multi-year effort to re-build #9. I know that most of us who have been on-board for more than a few years at the museum have at least some idea how much effort has been put into the re-build of #9 over the years. Jason has done a spectacular job of documenting the timelines of the various repairs, rebuilds and replacements that have occurred over the many years involved in the re-birth of #9. I say kudos to him for the article and kudos to him for leading this labor of love for an unreplaceable piece of not only railroad history but Maine history as well. Thank you Jason!
