First time I've seen this manual and its really good with plenty of detail.  Maybe we should consider adopting portions or the whole thing and revise it for 2 ft gauge.  For a dry subject it was actually good reading.

A little late,  but the Museum actually has track standards we go by to maintain the railroad depending on track speed. The standards were modified from Standard gauge track standards and then approved by the State of Maine track department.
