Had to be made. We had hoped that some others would be correct so put off making new ones. Once it was discovered they were not correct, a pattern was sent to the foundry..

Now that the Fall Work Weekend has passed, (What a success) will it be time to bring in the roofer to complete the metal roof on the #67 box car? Have the new castings arrived from the foundry?

AFAIK, a specialty contractor needs to install a new metal roof...proper foundry-cast roller assemblies are to be installed to hang the waiting new doors on their metal tracks...and the original hand brake staff and wheel are to be re-mounted and chain-connected to B-end brake shoe truck linkage, after body is set on proper trucks.

So to get this thread going again, the question remains - did the BOD decide on B&SR livery or WW&F?  Inquiring minds want to know......

As has been done to past restorations, it will be numbered only at the start. This will allow us to use the car in an all Bridgton freight, or use it as a car in a WW&F freight consist without having to remove or cover a name..
