So, if I understand Ira correctly, he wants to dress Fred up as a giant plush toy to greet guests and decorate No. 9 to look like Thomas. I don't think either will fly with Jason or, for that matter, Fred.

Excellent presentation! Thanks, Ira.
Looks like they’ve a great idea in their Junior Engineer program (description starting at about 2:40 in the video). A parent/child shared activity and great way to infect the next generation with the railroad and steam locomotive bugs and help to provide a supply of future volunteers.
This relates so well to the thread “Inviting Younger People to get Involved” started by Richard Symmes in the Volunteers section on April 28th.
