Now that the Kubota is headed North, we need all members to start an all out search for any manuals for it, e.g. operators, service and parts.  This unit most likely came out of Canada via the Gray Market.  Perhaps our U.K. and Canadian members can really help there.  The model number is KH-12FD.

Brendan is also bringing along 15 pairs of blacksmith tongs and 5 old bell shaped oil cans of various sizes for the shop.

The machine made it to MA and is sitting in secure storage at Dean's house. We hope to give the machine a PM and general going over before I can make it back up to Maine in a couple weeks. Also have to fix my trailer brakes, it's a long ride from PA without working trailer brakes and questionable tow vehicles brakes.

Brendan and Dean;
We appreciate all the work the WW&F Hauling and Rigging Department (Interstate Division) does for us. Thanks for all your time and effort!

Speaking of Dave, does this thing have a cushy seat, a sun shade, and a cup holder? If not, how soon can these be installed?

Going to have to make those items interchangeable with Big Joe and ROWMOW 1.

I'm thinking we want to erect some sort of cab for it.  IF we find a mower attachment for it, I'd like to have the operator protected from flying debris.

I have been searching the web for such an item, or a simple design so we can build one. With a plexiglass window. I would like to visit some tractor "bone yards" to see if I can find anything we can easily adapt.

I'm starting to get a complex here. If you're going to enclose it in Plexiglas I'll need AC as well... and that doesn't mean Alna Center.

Mike,
220 could be a very electrifying experience for Dave.

Just an update on the excavator. Work and my offspring has me a little tied up so I have not had much time to play with the machine. One of my friends who has a welding company has agreed to donate the manufacture and installion of a ROPS (roll over protection system) for the machine. Having played with the machine it's a little tippy and everyone running it would be a little safer.
