#2: Army 2-8-0 #612, currently under cosmetic restoration. Seeing this engine held a special level of significance for me, because my grandfather was a conductor in a Transportation Corps at Ft. Eustis, and he conducted on this engine.

#3: The prow for #5550. In the words of Jason: "This thing is a fabricator's nightmare. There's not a straight line on it anywhere!"

Seems to me that Dwight Winkey was actively involved in the railroad operations at Ft. Eustis during his stent in the Army.

Also, I noticed on the first page of this link:

A copy of the guy in video.

He visits the WW&F regularly and is always taking photos while he is there.  I am terrible with names so can't provide it.  His picture is located on the first page of this thread with the date of December 27, 2012.

Bill, you mean either Kevin Madore or Stephen Hussar.  I notice Ed's on the first page of this thread too, but Ed doesn't take a lot of photos so you probably don't mean him.

That is Kevin Madore.

James,

I knew it wasn't Stephen.  Alas, as soon as I read Kevin, I remember, oh yeah...  but any more I say that a lot....
