I missed the announcement for this latest newsletter when Ed posted it, as I and others at work have been busy with a systems upgrade the last three weeks straight.  We just finished yesterday, and it was a very pleasant surprise to receive the hard copy newsletter today.

What a great issue!  I just want to acknowledge and thank John McNamara and content contributors for the ongoing excellent job they do documenting and telling our members of the ongoing progress of our museum with detailed articles on various museum activities.  Our museum does a terrific job communicating via social media/website to members and the public, but this (printed newsletter) is the one medium that reaches and informs all members and is critically important.

Thank you.

Sept/Oct 2016 now posted. Contains a great series of articles on our saviour of #9 - Alice Ramsdell and her family. Also a 2016 Narrow Gauge Convention recap and much exciting news. One of the best Newsletters to date; nicely done, John!
