Some of us like to cook, as well as work on the railroad.  Me, I like to do all three things - work on the railroad, eat good food, and cook it!

While food is important, not [i[being[/i] food is also near the top of the list. How many gallons of DEET will be needed?

Also, any recommendations regarding weed-whackers?

Will the flies being assisting our labors by carrying some of our supplies or do they only plan to join us for/as dinner?  Last year they were pretty big and I thought I saw several lifting a tie.........

Black flies are here....big time. Propellant and netting should be required.

...Propellant ... should be required.

I think you mean REpellent, Keith.  Unless you're propelling them away at a high rate of speed!

I'll need someone to bring a bag of cement for the "Coal Brick" project.  I'll bring everything but the coal dust (LOL).
