Also this week I have designed and ordered another catch basin for the parking lot.

This will catch the water from the west lot and send it north, and result in even more parking..

Every story has 2 sides and we are seeing one side. So many questions are unanswered.. Having a Board discussion about the incident is definately the correct initial response, but it should have happened before the news was involved..

No, the image is correct. The train was southbound on the east side of the river, entering the curve just prior to crossing the river on the iron bridge.

I was hoping that by putting the "ask" out there that someone may step up.. Those that have done it in the past did well, but have reached the point where they can not continue. But the task still needs doing..

Sorry, left that part out. Mainly around the campus. Trying to keep it looking good.

If we do anything along the line is should be a specific targeted attack..like crossings.

If anyone shows up looking for somethimg to do, think Trimming/Weed whacking.. Our volunteers that used to do it can no longer for various reasons. I don't mind doing it but if I am doing it, I don't get to work on much else.

Marcel was working on the boxcar, Alan and Harold were working with an End Mill on a jounal box and I spent a couple hours trimming around the house and shop.

With the improved drainage and removal of the clay underneath, the cloth was not necessary.

Great work by the guys this week to make the gift shop available..

Cody helped me install a french drain on the north side of the ramp (see pics below) with plans to add just about 15 feet to the south, but need to install some conduit at the same time. I also had to prove to Dave that I can make water run up hill.. We also straightened up the propane tank per Freds request..

Here is Dave pondering how the water is going to go from the drain up into the catch basin in the parking lot...
