I have a 3 way stub switch on my 7 1/2 gauge Sheepscot replica layout.
I've often thought how effective it could be as a derail when approaching from the frog end but so far, I've managed to avoid going off the track!

I was just wondering what frog number this switch is.  Maybe someone has said but if so I missed it.

Thanks Stewart. Exactly what I needed to know.
Although I am quite a ways from applying paint it doesn't hurt to plan ahead.
I admire the Museum for returning to the historically correct brown but I will likely will go with the green the car is now as that's the way I'm used to seeing it.

Our Bountyland Railway is currently building a replica of coach #3.  Can anyone tell me what color paint is used on the Museum's coaches.

I've edited one of Brendan's photos (Thanks Brendan) to better show the beauty of this location.
"Over the river and through the woods".... Such a PERFECT railway!

Splendid job, ALL.

Take away the construction machinery (don't you just love Photo Shop!) and we get a preview of just how photogenic this location will be!

What is the plan for moving this massive structure to it's remote location?
Looks to be quite a challenge!

Work continues on Bountyland Railway, our 7 1/2 gauge tribute to The WW&F Museum.
Soon we hope to have the shop building far enough along to begin painting.  It's my hope that someone can tell me the paint color used on the WW&F shop.  Looks "cream" with a very light brown trim in the photos I have but I'd like to be accurate in my colors.
Also, I'm wondering, was the Museum shop color patterned after the WW&F shop in Wiscasset?

Thanks in advance,
Bob Springs

I thought it might be nice to back-date the color shot.

Does anyone at this point have an idea when the No 10 will go back into service?

Perhaps some will be interested in seeing our latest project--A station building patterned after stations at Sheepscot and Alna Center.  This is not a scale model but is proportioned to generally match the size of our engine and cars while still being large enough for our station agent to work inside.  The actual floor level is a foot lower than the apparent floor level and the ceiling is clear-story.  Plenty of room inside for 2 adults.
I'll send more pictures once the interior is finished.
