Title: Tie delivery
Post by: Brendan Barry on August 06, 2017, 05:13:31 PM
The museum had 1200 ties delivered a couple of weeks ago. Some of the ties are being used as temporary cribbing for the shop project and one flatcar load has been delivered to T.O.M. so far.

500 ties for a 1000 feet. The ties are laid on 2 foot centers.

Looking at that cribbing all I could think of is a giant Jenga puzzle game.  Play with the grandkids all the time.
