Beaver Brook Farm Equipment For Sale
« on: July 20, 2010, 08:15:02 PM »
Today I decided to check up on the little Beaver Brook Farm in New Hampshire that had some two foot gauge equipment last I knew of.
A message on the homepage read that everything was for sale. I don't think there's much the WW&F is interested in besides maybe the SR&RL boxcar that we've spoke of before and don't have much info about. Here are some pictures of locomotives and equipment that appear to have been stored outside and would have survived the '08 roof colapse

Most of the standard gauge stuff has been sold to the Silver Lake Railroad.
Apparently the only was to contact the museum is by phone. Here is their website

Anyway, I just thought this might be worthy of posting.

We've discussed this already.
Please see: http://forum.wwfry.org/index.php?topic=1180.0

The upshot is that the BOD has looked over the equipment, and determined that there is nothing for sale that would be a wise purchase for the Museum at this time.

Sorry, I haven't been as active on this forum for the last couple of months so I see I need to catch up on some things. I was expectiong, if there was a thread about this, to be in the US two footers category.
